Here’s the Best Chiefs Gear for Swifties to Wear This WAG Season | By Krista Doyle
Blondie was back in the Kelce box at this week’s Monday Night Football! Next week is a Chief’s bye week (aka a week off), which means now is the perfect time to pick up some gear to wear for the rest of the season.

📰 TayNews

Only 7 days until the Eras Tour returns (as of this newsletter!) 🎉

Taylor attended the Chiefs’ Monday Night Football game against the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. She wore – yet again – a plaid Vivienne Westwood outfit with glitter freckles. She was joined by her dad, Scott Swift, and the Kelce family, including Kylie Kelce (who was also there in support of her husband Jason’s commentating work).

Taylor’s backup dancer Kam Saunders also attended Monday night’s game in support of his brother Khalen, who plays for the New Orleans Saints. Taylor, Travis, and Kam met after the game. Kam had also collaborated with Travis during the London Eras Tour show when Travis made a cameo on stage during the ICDIWABH pre-amble.

Taylor made a $5 million donation to Feeding America in support of community relief efforts for Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The non-profit announced the donation on their social media accounts thanking Taylor, “for standing with us in the movement to end hunger and helping communities in need in the wake of #HurricaneHelene and #HurricaneMilton” and encouraging others to donate.

Taylor wore $16 glitter freckles from the brand Fazit Beauty to the Chiefs game on Monday night. The endorsement led to a 2,500% sales spike for the company, to which one of their founders responded, “such an emotional moment to see the hard work of the past two years validated by someone who has defined our generation.”

Taylor is the most nominated artist at the 2024 MTV European Music Awards with 7 nominations including Best Artist, Best Pop, Best Live, Best US Act, Best Music Video (Fortnight), Best Collab (Fortnight), and Biggest Fans. Fans can vote up to 10 times a day from now until the award show on Sunday, November 10.

Taylor has apparently introduced Travis to new foods. He mentioned on the latest episode of his ‘New Heights’ podcast, “You know I’m starting to open up to the Indian cuisine.“ To which his older brother Jason responded, “I know, my girl Tay is getting you opened up, she’s introducing new foods to you. It’s been one of the greatest things that I’ve been happy about.”

Kansas City small businesses thanked Taylor for their economic boom. One business said their online presence has grown 170% since Taylor went to her first game and other businesses said they’re still catching up on preorders since Taylor was seen wearing their merchandise, with sales up 83% for the year.

Jack Antonoff talked about Taylor in a recent interview saying, “To me, the giant takeaway from this year is development and expertise. Everything that really happened this year are all long-term stories. Charli xcx, Sabrina, Chappell Roan. Taylor doesn't stop. The big breakout moments of this year all came from people who have been perfecting their craft for a really long time. And how glorious to come at a time when we've been sold this lie that it's only a viral moment that makes things happen.”

A new mural of Taylor was seen in Gelsenkirchen, Germany where Taylor performed three sold-out shows of The Eras Tour in July.

A poster for the ‘folklore’ album appears in episode 1 of season 3 of Netflix’s Heartstopper in Tara’s room.
